Yes – just pull up the courts for the county that you live in and it should provide links to all that you’ll need to file for divorce.
If for some reason your county isn’t online, they will have all the paperwork at the courthouse – just go to the county clerk’s desk and request them.
Luckily there is a formula they use to determine child support, so it doesn’t really matter if you and he agree or not. The courts are going to use their formula and decree from that.

You can go to the County Clerk’s office and get the paperwork. The only thing is if there are kids involved, or property, and there will be arguments about child support, visitation, or shared property, you are probably going to end up hiring an attorney.

Yes there are forms available online and in your public library. You still have to file them at the courts but the fee for that runs about $60 so that should save you both about 2k each! You still have to go to a court hearing for the sepraration and then one for the finalization of the divorce.
